Mother charged in Shannon Matthews case
"The mother of nine-year-old Shannon Matthews will appear in court today charged in connection with her daughter's alleged kidnap.
Karen Matthews, 32, was charged last night with perverting the course of justice and child neglect".
These are two of the charges which the McCanns should be facing. We can live in hope. Meanwhile, I won't hold my breath.
UPDATE: Shannon mother remanded in custody
"The mother of Shannon Matthews has been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged in connection with the nine-year-old's disappearance".
