There has to be truth in sentencing. Each case is individual and circumstances vary so the flexibility to do so needs to be in place. Like they teach our kids in school here, well the one my kids go to, for every action is a reaction. Consequences for the choices you make and ownership of those choices if they turn out to be bad ones.
