Mother fined £300 for putting bins out early

"A woman has been fined nearly £300 for leaving her bins out a day before they were due to be collected.

Zoe Watmough, 22, left the bins, a grey one and a green one for recycling, outside her home on a Wednesday ready for collection the next day.

Council officers issued her with a £75 fine claiming that the bins had been put out 24 hours before they were due to be emptied
".

Haven't councils enough to be getting on with without spying on people putting their bins out 24 hours early?

Barking - a guy was fined the other day for his bin being overfilled.

My council demanded to know why i had two bins the other week. I asked if they'd prefer the rubbish lying in the street for a fortnight.

I also said they could charge me extra, but if they did, id start a campaign for small and single households to have council tax rebates due to their half filled buckets/lack of rubbish.

All garbage!
