Visiting time: Charles Bronson invites us into his cell

Visiting time: Charles Bronson invites us into his cell

"After 34 years behind bars, the man labelled Britain's most dangerous inmate claims to be a reformed character. In an exclusive interview, Robert Verkaik comes face to face with the sinister, defiant – and charming – Charles Bronson".

Charles Bronson invites us into his cell...

And?

I don't know where the "labelled Britain's most dangerous inmate" comes from, probably something dreamt up by Charles Bronson himself. A legend in his own mind. What Robert Verkaik has not realised, is that Charles Bronson cannot hack it on normal location. That is, he is too chicken to walk the walk and talk the talk with the big boys. So, he hides away in seclusion in the Segregation Unit. A big fish in a small pond. When he was close to getting released, he became scared of going outside of prison and ensured that he would stay in the safety of a cage. He is in a timewarp with his 1960s - 1970s prison mentality.

If they are looking for a title for the film, might I suggest Running Scared?
