A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate"
(Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
It's a shame, since everything else you write is so interesting and articulate, that you focus on Duncan's sexuality like this. He's such an idiot that he's done plenty of stupid (and relevant) things you could be focussing on.
I appriciate humour. Dark and potentially offensive humour is often the funniest kind - but my rule for jokes is that if they are offensive they also have to justify it by being witty. You haven't said anything more that "oo-err, he's a poof" really - less funny that John Inman 30 years ago - and for me the mere existance of homosexuality in itself isn't that funny. I don't mean to be so confrontational, it's just that i enjoy your blog and have seen in it how witty you can be, so I couldn't really understand the break from form in this particular piece. I'm sure there's a joke to be had around rations somewhere... any ideas?

Tonkatsu: It's called humour...
It's not funny.
Funny queer?
