A former prison officer who said she was forced out of her job after being bullied because she was pretty has won her case for unfair dismissal.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

In a general context of brute stupidity she was never in with a chance. What's more, lumpen ugliness is an asset in a prison officer for, as we know, humanity is routinely redesignated weakness. In my experience of prisons the only rehabilitated prisoner is a broken-spirited prisoner. Characterfulness must be killed. I'm sorry for this lass, but she's well out of it.
