Scotland says no to Brady unless he has oil to trade
The Scottish First Minister, Alex Salmond, and Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill, have issued a press statement "We already have our favourite monster", and have no wish to accept one from South of the border. However, they added that in special cases they are prepared to make an exception and show compassion. And have asked the Minister of Justice, Jack Straw, to determine whether Ian Brady has any oil that he can trade?
I heard it on the radio that Ian Brady got the idea of asking for a transfer to Scotland to be allowed to die following the release of the Lockerbie bomber.

Their monster might be getting lonely though.
