McDonald's fails to curry favour in Asia
It might still have the golden arches, but McDonald's has lost an eight-year trademark battle to protect its right to the use of the "Mc" prefix around the world.
How come Mc Donalds didn't go after Mc Coys for using the Mc on their crisps?

It sickens me to the core to recall how many of these lawsuits are filed by McCrap corporation and their ilk. After they have been proven to been paying farmers in the Brazillian rain forest to cut down trees so that they can farm beef cattle to supply their chain of crap outlets I am surprised that they can even lift their corporate head to the public outrage at their methods of supply policies!!!!!
(and Yes! they DO utilise infected beef cattle)
