Hague's true mission to Libya revealed
"I find it intriguing that international news today has covered William Hague, travelling across Arab states pontificating about the introduction of human rights, at the same time as his government here is trying to circumvent them. Human rights are universal and indivisible, and sometimes they are unpalatable. There are governments all over the world who find excuses for curtailing the human rights of their citizens – we shouldn’t be one of them".
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
