How do these actually work, as the order does not specifically name Sir Fred, surely it does not specifically prohibit talking about Sir Fred's sexual activity?
Richard: A steep learning curve even for me! The judgment prohibits it. However, the latest judgment does name Sir Frederick Goodwin. Ironically, it is within this latest judgment that provides a link to the supposed secret order!
