Dilemma of conflicting rights
Rapist murderer had right to be housed
What is wrong about the above headline is at the time he was housed he was not a murderer. But, even if this was the case, the council still has to house someone who is homeless.
What is disturbing about this case, is that the council did not house him somewhere else.
Surely, with a bit more thought the conflicting rights could have been accommodated?
