A man has been jailed for five years after his 15-year-old stepson accidentally shot himself in the head while posing for photos with a gun.
In both cases there was possession of an illegal firearm. In one case there was no ammunition in the gun and nobody got injured, and yet in both cases the sentence was the same, 5 years!
This case highlights why Judge Lady Smith got it all wrong!
