A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate"
(Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
Is this the right answer to the problem? I don't think it is, but I don't know what the right answer is.

The government say that you cannot chastise your children in the way that you see fit, i.e. you can't belt them. If you have a kid who ignores you and ignores the warnings because the school in their "citizenship" lessons tells them what their "human" rights are, what feckin' chance do you have??
Then the law comes down on you because their policies have gone apeshit....
How about abolishing the absurdity of compulsory state-sanctioned schooling? Just as you can't have benefit fraud without benefits, you can't have truancy without the forced state indoctrination of our kids.
