I question the Attorney-General of Portugal, do you want your country to be the laughingstock of Europe? Think again and reopen the case.
They have enough evidence of child neglect.
They have enough evidence that there was no break in.
They have enough evidence that the McCanns lied about the break in.
They have enough evidence of a cover up.
They have enough evidence that Jane Tanner lied about seeing an abductor.
They have enough evidence that Gerry’s claim that the abductor was in the apartment at the same time as Gerry is false.
They have enough evidence that an innocent couple would not have gone to these lengths.
The case should have been taken to court. It must be remembered that the McCanns refused to answer 40 questions put by the PJ.

I admire your resolve and I agree with all that you say.
What ever happens from now on, we all know they decided to leave the children alone and go out for feeding and drinking binge.
There was little if no regard for the children and their well being.
If that is not a good enough reason to feel that they have somehow cheated the courts, then I must be a very sad and mis-guided person.
I was very disappointed by this news. On a second thought, the police kept the options open for a more serious charges than the obvious neglect.
This irresponsible couple is burying themselves day after day.
They are really scared.
