MPs to vote on awarding themselves pay rise
MPs are to vote on whether they should award themselves an above inflation pay rise or back Gordon Brown's call for restraint.
I would rather they did the right thing and vote upon allowing convicted prisoners their human right, in a so-called democracy, to the vote. Given the recent results, MPs come off second best in the honesty stakes between them and convicted prisoners.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
