John Hirst 3 Iain Dale 0 - YouTube

Spare yourselves trying to read the script on the screen as you can read it in the post below. The last minute might be worth listening to as I zoom in to both of us and I publicly denounce Iain Dale for what he is.

Riveting. Am beginning to see why this blog is as popular as it is. It takes a lot to make me agree with Dale, but there is obviously something wrong with you.

Get help. Or top yourself. Either or.

Michael Joseph Oakeshott (11 December 1901 – 19 December 1990) was an English philosopher with particular interests in political thought, the philosophy of history, education, and religion, and aesthetics. He is now regarded as one of the significant conservative thinkers of the twentieth century.

Hi Michael, glad you could join us from the other side. As it happens, I am quite capable of dealing with the likes of Iain Dale without the need for seeking help. However, I am assured by other bloggers that I do have their support which is a comforting thought.

You really haven't thought this through have you? Suggesting that I top myself. I am always striving to better myself, going one step further which each challenge. In this sense, when I succeed, I do top myself. You are a funny man. Perhaps the worms are beginning to addle your brain somewhat? The reason I say this is because, first you make a suggestion, and then you suggest an alternative course of action. Therefore the final "Either or" is superfluous.

"The workers' control of the means of production? The struggle of the urban proletariat? (or should that be Wolverhampton Wanderers?)"

Hoho!
