Don't you just wish sometimes that nosy neighbours would just mind their own business, and that councils would busy themselves with important issues rather than try to make peoples lives a misery?

No. It goes beyond a joke. There are serious issues councils could spend their time dealing with.

Councils are increasingly bound by government/EU dictate.
Councils are made to take the blame for rules made by others.
I don't see many council workers up in arms about petty rules though. After all, dotting the i's and crossing the t's on these stupid rules are keeping them employed.
Words fail me!
Cherrypie: Even in prison the jailbirds feed the birds, so I don't think imprisonment would be a deterrent in her case...
