Prison's drugs 'feeding violence'
The drugs problem at London's Brixton prison is so bad it is undermining treatment programmes and feeding violence, the jail watchdog has warned.
One thing is for sure, Paul Boateng can no longer be accused of adding to the problem by the supplying of drugs to some of Brixton's inmates...

It's appalling. A friend's son suffered mental health problems as a result of using cannabis and was sectioned. Staff in the mental health unit to which he was admitted freely allowed patients to smoke cannabis !!
It seems prisons are amongst other 'out of control' care sectors.
Cannabis will only exacerbate any existing mental condition. Much like DRINK. DRINK! GERRULS! FECK! ARSE!
