British Justice or the Sun justice?
The Sun claims that Britain is broken, and that it can be fixed by stripping people of their human rights.
Even Hitler did not manage to break Britain during World War 2. So, I don't need Murdoch spreading such lies now. If it's not broken, don't fix it.
It was in the aftermath of World War 2, which saw the Holocaust, that the United Nations was formed and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights came into being to protect the rights of the individual from rogue states.
In my honest opinion, it is to our national shame that Britain did not sign up to incorporate the European Convention into domestic law until the Human Rights Act 1998. During that 50 year period Britain was found guilty of violating more than 50 victims human rights. More than twice that of Italy which came second.
We finally got our human rights recognised under English law largely as a result of the campainging of such as Cherie Blair. I think it is only fair to say that I consider Tony Blair to be a maniac, the same can be said for Margret Thatcher, and the Sun is calling for so-called maniacs to be stripped of their human rights. In spite of my belief that Tony Blair is a war criminal and a maniac, I am still of the firm belief that he is a human being and as such is, by his birthright, entitled to human rights.
Rupert Murdoch, the owner of the Sun, is a meglomaniac. Even he is entitled to human rights.
If Rupert Murdoch wasn't Australian, I would recommend he be tried for treason. At least Robert Maxwell eventually did the decent thing and drowned himself. He does not even have a vote in this country, and neither do convicted prisoners even though it is their human right to be part of the franchise, and yet he has more influence on politicians than the electorate. This is not democracy at work. It's an abuse of power. A breach of our human rights.
Rupert Murdoch is using victims of serious crimes to further his own ends, they are but pawns in his wider agenda. What were the Conservatives doing allowing this breach of security at their conference? We do not want vigilantism to reign. The law is there for a reason, and so are the human rights enshrined within the Human Rights Act 1998.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

Bob: It was a set up. Rigged by the Sun. If you or I tried this we would be arrested under anti-terrorism legislation. It's trying to whip up mass hysteria. I just stopped short of suggesting the use of the union jack etc is like a BNP tactic. I used to foam at the mouth, then I was cured. Whilst there is no hope for some, I feel it is worth a try pointing out to those who are prepared to listen that there is more to all of this than meets the eye.

Mr Cameron's shown himself to be in touch electorate's concerns; labour's aftermath is a "broken Britain", financially and morally.

Strangely enough that's the image that come into my head when I think about the self-appointed judges, juries and executioners, collectively known as the "Justice For Madeleine" campaign.
