Will Jacqui Smith take steps to ensure Sir Ian Blair (who claimed he was 'fired') is now reinstated until such time as his employment contract expires ?
He definitely deserves a public apology for being dragged over the coals as a result of the Menezes incident.

PS The inquest is not finished and even if the 'defence' lawyers et al declare 'Menezes Officers declared "not at fault"', we should at least wait till the final result.
