Jail for child torturer who massacred family
A serial sex offender has been sentenced to death in Idaho for the torture and murder of a nine-year-old boy who was abused in front of his younger sister.
"urors deliberated for just three hours over Joseph Duncan after watching a videotape he made of his rape and torture of Dylan Groene as he hung from a wire noose.
Duncan, 45, later shot the boy in the head and burned his body.
He previously admitted murdering Dylan's mother, older brother and his mother's fiancé at their home in Coeur d'Alene in 2005 so he could kidnap Dylan and his sister, Shasta.
The pair were taken to a remote campsite in Montana where, over a six week period, she was sexually abused along with her brother but survived".
This case must be the most horrific I have come across. It makes me wonder whether I should reconsider my opposition to the Death Penalty...
