The girl's mother is reported to have gone out drinking in the town, leaving her daughter alone in their holiday apartment.

Carers who 'dope' the elderly stand accused of 'abuse'.
How does the Law stand with carers who sedate children and then leave them alone, locked up or otherwise ?
