Titan jails 'could be dangerous'

Titan jails 'could be dangerous'

The proposed giant Titan jails could be dangerous and ministers have failed to explain why they would save money, a prisons watchdog has said.

Given that smaller, more manageable prisons are better for society and prisoners. And that Parliament is supposed to represent the electorate, but is going against the grain on this issue. It begs the question, who stands to gain from building 3 Titan Prisons at £35M each?

Follow the directorships, I'm sure there are a few juicy places in the board room lined up for certain people when we have given them their P45s.

jailhouselawyer,

barnacle bill took the words out of my mouth.

Exactly the same with NHS multi million pound private contracts; profit focussed, not patient focussed.

Same with Government's sell out of care of our elderly. Highly lucrative contracts and profits; elderly 'carers' are cheapest available labour; untrained immigrants. British carers are being ousted. No complaints system - I tried on my mum's behalf. Thank God for taking her to a better place in the sky.
