Police probe Boris Johnson over cigar 'theft'
Is the man who admits stealing a cigar case fit to become the Chairman of the Metropolitan Police Authority if he becomes Lord Mayor? Didn't Boris advocate that the police should target even minor crimes in a zero tolerance approach? Why is it all of a sudden he doesn't think his minor crime should be a matter for the police to investigate?
