The jury were shown a pair of jeans which the CPS claimed were stained with the victim's blood. However, forensics in the USA tested the jeans and states it is unlikely that the stain is human blood. The jeans are too short for the accused and do not contain his DNA.
Is this another case of a miscarriage of justice?
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
